Make the Kabbalat Siddur ceremony a truly unforgettable event by providing your students with the opportunity to decorate their own prayer book covers. Our Siddur Cover is made of bright, durable cotton-blend fabric to withstand years of use. Available plain or personalized with the child's name embroidered in metallic gold or silver on the spine.
Using white transfer paper, participants first trace designs from the pattern folder onto the Siddur Cover fabric and then color them with DecoFabric Paint Markers.

    The DecoFabric
Paint Markers
Marvy™ DecoFabric Paint Markers (3mm point) are ideal for light and dark fabrics. They are permanent, odorless, lightfast, acid-free, and available in 38 colors!
As with all our Geffen Path programs, we suggest you order at least three markers per Base Kit.
    Specifications:
  1. Apply to pre-washed fabrics.
  2. Shake well (with cap on) before each use.
  3. Press down on point until color appears.
  4. Test on inconspicuous area first.
  5. Keep capped when not in use.
  6. Dry flat overnight.
  7. Heat set with iron according to fabrics ironing temperature recommendations.
  8. Wash/dry on delicate cycle, using mild detergent.
  9. Children should be closely supervised when using these markers and common sense precautions should be taken (i.e., do not place nib with paint in mouth, cover work area prior to use, etc.).
